Yoga is a journey that begins with the breath. Breathing affects everything we do and how we do it. By changing the way we breathe we can change how our body moves and how our we respond to trauma and injury. When the breath is anxious so are our thoughts and feelings and we create tension.  When the breath is calm, our minds and emotions find the space to liberate the body and the spirit. Yoga is the dialogue between breath and movement that helps us to heal the mind, body and heart.
